You agree NOT to use SendierHQ for:

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices
  • Illegal products or services
  • Adult or prohibited content
  • Phishing or malware distribution
  • Harassment or abusive messaging

You are fully responsible for ensuring that recipients have provided proper opt-in consent before receiving communications from you.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

Users must comply with:

  • WhatsApp Business Policy
  • WhatsApp Commerce Policy
  • Meta Platform Terms
  • Applicable data protection and anti-spam laws

SendierHQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate WhatsApp or Meta policies.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

6. Billing & Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.
  • Payments must be made in advance.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
  • Message usage charges may apply based on your plan.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Fair Usage Policy

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in:

  • Additional charges
  • Temporary service restrictions
  • Account suspension

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and intellectual property belong to S J Digital Business Solutions Private Limited.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell our platform without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Service availability may be affected by:

  • Telecommunication networks
  • WhatsApp or email service providers
  • Technical maintenance

10. Limitation of Liability

SendierHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

11. Termination

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments become immediately due

13. Governing Law
