This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by SendierHQ, operated by S J Digital Business Solutions Private Limited.
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
2. Usage-Based Charges
Charges related to message usage (including WhatsApp, SMS, and Email credits) are non-refundable once messages have been sent or credits have been allocated to your account.
3. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
4. Service Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or Anti-Spam Policy, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors caused directly by SendierHQ
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
6. Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at info@sendierhq.com to resolve the issue.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
